The first sleeve I received was a bit on the small side for my Macbook, but then iCareCases got in touch and offered to make me a new one free of charge to better the problem. I even got to choose a different color that I had not seen when I ordered at first, and I really love the new sleeve I got. Really well made and very well padded. My Macbook fits like a glove and the button fastening is perfect. It arrived quickly and it's exactly as it looks in the photo. I use the pocket for my external hard drive and it fits nicely in there without being too tight or too loose.
